Our flexible hosting environment provides high availability 3rd party hosting simultaneously to N3 and the Internet. Served out of the secure IX Europe facility, a tier IV data centre, it allows our NHS clients and their commercial partners the flexibility of deploying their sites and applications on enterprise-class managed infrastructure, without the need to acquire and managing the expertise, processes and hardware normally associated with operating this type of infrastructure.

N3 is a secure wide area network connecting NHS organisations.
Connections to N3 are strictly controlled by the Connecting for Health Information Governance group (previously by NHS Information Authority), which specifies the security required and data protocols allowed under its Code of Connect agreements. Similarly, it controls access to or from the Internet through managed gateways.
Our service allows organisations that need to provide access to applications and data from both (or either) the NHS N3 network and the Internet to benefit from a secure, high performance service. We can generally get new clients live in a matter of weeks, bypoassing months of technical and adminsitrative hurdles.
