Telehealth Solution provide the most advanced system on the market for allowing patients to monitor their own health and wellbeing using an extensive list of diagnostic devices, through their Surgery Pod (for use in GP practices etc) and Home Pod (used in the patients home) . 

TSL also provides associated support for patients to maintaining open communication.  These include: assessment, deductive logic questions, help, advice, subject matter specific information, medication reminders and other methods. 

Communication between the patient and device is via an easy to use, intuitive and flexible touch screen interface.  Communication between the home monitoring device and the supporting server is via GPRS or Broadband IP.  Communication between a Kiosk and the supporting server is via GPRS or a LAN/IP connection.  Message formats support the NHS standards for Health Level 7 (HL7). Logical and physical access controls, access authentication as well as encryption are employed to assure patient data privacy whilst in transit.  The system provides for structured access control based on levels of authority and function.

The central service supports decision support and risk management in line with care delivery requirements and methods of ensuring data quality, integrity and formal governance.
