Microsoft Surface is the new computing 'paradigm' that they have been working on since 2003. It allows multiple users to interact directly with the screen using fingers, hands, objects and other devices.
If you've ever seen Minority Report, then this is the fiction made real (but without the gloves or holograms). And we actually mean real, it's going to be available for selected commercail partners later this year, so expect to see it in you living room before the end of the decade.
