To enable this feature, which allows you to simply drag files from Windows (e. g. from My Documents) into the file store in NHS Core Site... Half way down the list, enable Drag and Drop.

By default there is a file size limit of 50MB in recent installations of NHS... Larger files can be loaded by modifying the machine. config file and performing a restart. Earlier version had only a 5MB limit...
