To enable this feature, which allows you to simply drag files from Windows (e.g. from My Documents) into the file store in NHS Core Site, you need to do the following on the machine you are working on:

1. Enter Edit Mode
2. In the site tree on the left select the Root node - it's the one right at the top
3. In the page that opens choose the 4th tab - Components Tab
4. If the list shows crosses instead of ticks then click the Install button and follow the instructions

That's it, however we recommend enabling the drag and drop option in Internet explorer: from the menus choose Tools, Internet Options, Security, Custom Level. Half way down the list, enable Drag and Drop.
