Word allows you to enter hyperlink and image information. To enter an alternative text that will be displayed for your image when the document has been converted to EPiServer, right-click on the image and select Format Picture. Go the Web tab and enter the text you want to display as an alternative text. Click OK.

When you insert a hyperlink, the following information is converted to the EPiServer version:

• display text (from the Text to display text box)
• ToolTip text
• target frame
• address (either a Web site address or file path)
